Warehouse Park is a major downtown revitalization project turning several underutilized parking lots into a community park between 106 and 108 Street, and Jasper to 102 Avenue. This inclusive green space incorporates accessible pathways, a public pavilion, bioretention features, and a complex utility grid for lighting, stormwater management, and public amenities. Engineering features include low-impact drainage systems, concrete soil cells, electrical conduit networks for street/pedestrian lighting, and EPCOR-distributed power connections.
