The Beljan Millcreek West project at 8815 99 STREET, EDMONTON, AB involved the complete structural retrofit and civil upgrades for a 3-storey mixed-use commercial building. Located in a high-traffic corridor averaging 24,000 vehicles/day, the project demanded extensive coordination of underground utility relocations, pole riser realignments, and electrical load distribution to accommodate new tenant service demands.
